HERE (Higher Education Reform Experts’) International Seminar took place in Almaty.

On 5-6 April 2017, the Seminar ‘Students in focus: Students as partners in higher education governance and quality assurance’ took place in Almaty. The Seminar was hosted by Narhoz University, and attended by the HEREs from more than 30 countries of Eastern and Western Europe, the Mediterranean and Central Asia. This Seminar was conducted by the ‘Support and Promotion of Higher Education Reform Experts’ (SPHERE) consortium with the support of the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA, European Comission).
