Preliminary statistical data

According to preliminary statistical data on project applications received by the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency of the European Union within the Erasmus+ III Call for applications from the universities of the Programme Countries and Partner Countries:

  1. Key Action 1, "Joint Master's Degrees Erasmus Mundus" (deadline - February 16, 2017), 122 applications were submitted. 1 Kazakhstan University applied for participation as a partner and 4 universities - as associate partners.
  2. A total of 833 project applications were submitted under the Key Action 2, "Capacity Building in Higher Education" (deadline - February 9, 2017), 584 of them are from the Programme Countries and 259 applications are from the Partner Countries. 71 applications were submitted from Kazakhstan, 7 universities of RK applied as coordinators. 3.
  3. Under Jean Monnet action (deadline - until February 23, 2017), a total of 1166 applications were submitted, 17 applications were submitted from Kazakhstan. In 2016 this figure was equal to 7 applications.

The final results of the Call will be announced in late July 2017 and will be published on the website of the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency of the European Union.
