9-digit Participant Identification Code (PIC)

In order for an organisation to be included as a participant in a funding application of Erasmus+ programme, it must first have been registered in EACEA’s Participant Portal and been allocated a unique 9-digit Participant Identification Code (PIC).

Registration of organization has to be done at university, but not at faculty level. It’s important to have 1 person designated –Legal Entity Appointed Representative. Before registration please read the instruction.
